Royal Boch "Carlotta" pedestal bowl, fine white earthenware - Lot 63

Royal Boch "Carlotta" pedestal bowl, fine white earthenware printed green, floral frieze decoration, printed mark "ROYAL BOCH / since 1841 / dishwasher proof / microwave safe / handcrafted carlotta", engraved "3B" under the heel. Small modern bowl by Belgian manufacturer Royal Boch, from the "Carlotta" series, with green printed decoration. The "dishwasher proof" and "microwave safe" markings place production at the end of the 20th or beginning of the 21st century. The pedestal model takes the traditional shape of a breakfast bowl, with a frieze of stylized foliage under the rim. The markings are clear and legible; domestic use is attested by surface traces. The object is typical of everyday dinnerware. Marked state of use: chip at rim and crack starting from rim visible; minor wear and stains. Ref : EF54
