Elegant rigid torque in 750/1000 yellow gold signed Fernand Demaret, bearing a large sculptural pendant made in gold using the free-modeling technique so dear to the Brussels jeweler. The composition, typical of the artist, is characterized by an interplay of organic volumes, hammered pastilles and globular elements, giving the jewel a strong, unique presence.
The pendant is centered on a slightly translucent, pale-green oval cabochon, probably chalcedony or milky quartz.
