Laurent Yvon (1984) - Collage on paper (30 x 40 cm) - Lot 47
Laurent Yvon (1984) - Collage on paper (30 x 40 cm)
A caricature of a man with a cigar, his expression ambiguous between fatigue and provocation.
Background saturated with posters, clippings and numbers, evoking the street and advertising.
Black lines and drips add tension and movement.
The whole assumes a biting, almost cinematic irony.
A social figure: mask, excess, derision.
