Laurent Yvon (1984) - Collage on paper (30 x 40 cm) - Lot 50
Laurent Yvon (1984) - Collage on paper (30 x 40 cm)
Character in green hat, pipe in mouth, treated in high-contrast colors.
Presence of a cross symbol and scattered words, like unfinished slogans.
Face constructed in facets, between portrait and mask.
All around, scribbled papers and signs create a narrative framework.
A scene at once burlesque, serious and mysterious.
