Laurent Yvon (1984) - Collage on paper (30 x 40 cm) - Lot 58
Laurent Yvon (1984) - Collage on paper (30 x 40 cm)
Female portrait in gray, orange eyes, calm, distant expression.
Surrounding blue and brown fragments, white drips, and a secondary photographic silhouette.
The black line drawing simplifies the figure, yet makes it very present.
A cool, balanced palette, with purple touches on the garment.
A gentle, introspective, slightly melancholy work.
