Laurent Yvon (1984) - Collage on paper (30 x 40 cm) - Lot 60
Laurent Yvon (1984) - Collage on paper (30 x 40 cm)
Large, laughing figure, thick black lines, oversized, almost carnivalesque smile.
Pencil objects and colored ribbons glued on like playful accents.
Background of photos and fragments, providing a backdrop of memories or scenes.
The whole speaks of laughter as mask, weapon and overflow.
A highly expressive, immediate and powerful work.
