Silver and 18K gold crescent moon brooch set with diamonds
Crescent-shaped brooch, main frame in silver, richly set with antique-cut diamonds of various sizes, arranged in a gradation.
The openwork decoration is typical of the late 19th or early 20th century.
The shank and clasp are in 18K (750/1000) white gold.
The set is set with a total of approx. 45 diamonds, including several large diamonds in the lower part, and smaller diamonds in the surround.
Antique work, probably from the Belle Epoque period (circa 1890-1910).
Total weight : 8.66 g.
Dimensions: approx. 5.5 cm.
