Rectangular knotted wool rug with a midnight-blue background, decorated with a central field of repeating stylized floral motifs and palmettes, symmetrically arranged around a median axis.
Framed by several borders, one of which features geometrical floral motifs on a red background, typical of village production in western Iran (Hamadan region).
Contrasting palette of midnight blue, red, ivory and touches of pink and beige.
Bangs at the ends.
