Sarah Lying Female Nude 1934 - Lot 160
Sarah Lying Female Nude 1934
Original dry pastel on board depicting a female nude reclining on white sheets, in a glamorous, Art Deco style reminiscent of the academic studies and illustrations of the mid-1930s.
Handwritten "Sarah" and numbered "1/25" on the back, probably corresponding to a studio series based on the same model.
Signed lower right in red pastel with a difficult-to-decipher stylized cursive signature.
Presented under glass in an antique frame.
Size of frame : 69 x 85 cm.
