Special condition:

All lots in the sale are currently kept in the apartment, located in the Étangs district of Ixelles.

Buyers will be informed of the full address when they receive their purchase slips.

Collection of lots

There are two pick-up dates depending on the type of lot:

Lots excluding furniture will be collected from the apartment on June 22.

Furniture lots will be collected from the apartment on June 23. All furniture will be taken down by a specialized company; buyers simply need to collect it from the foot of the building.

All lots not collected on these two dates will be repatriated to Guette's Auction, rue du Midi 158, 1000 Brussels.

Repatriation charges will apply:

10 € per slip, and 15 € for slips containing bulky furniture.
