Hergé - Tintin and the Alph-Art - 1986 - Lot 596
Hergé - Tintin and the Alph-Art - 1986
A posthumous album left unfinished after Hergé's death in 1983, Tintin et l'Alph-Art plunges the famous reporter into the world of sects and contemporary art, a world dear to Georges Remi, known as Hergé. Published in 1986, this album offers a fascinating insight into the author's creative process, and bears witness to his narrative and graphic talent in its purest form. A suspended work, in the image of its hero and readers, always waiting for the dream ending.
